Refund and Returns Policy

At Poppin’ Off Collectibles, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of condition (photos of the item and packaging) is required.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee and Refunds

  • All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use a trackable shipping method.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at poppinoffcollectibles@outlook.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Pictures showing the item’s condition
  4. Pictures of the shipping box and packaging

Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
